RISK MANAGEMENT CONSULTING The following assignments are typical of the risk management consulting services that are provided by Creative Risk Concepts International: Risk Management Audits: The risk management function of any organization most simply can be defined as all management and administrative functions concerned with the finance and control of accidental loss. Thus, a risk management audit is a review of the overall risk management program and includes: (1) Internal administration, (2) self-insurance, (3) the insurance program, (4) loss control, and (5) all other functions and services related to the risk management program. The final product is a concise and well-documented written report. Preparation of Bid Specifications: When an insurance buyer wishes to bid his or her insurance program, the bid specifications should be professionally prepared and reflect the risk retention program of the buyer. This assignment also includes help to the buyer with identification and selection of bidders and evaluation of the bidders' proposals. Formation or Audits of Inter-Governmental Pools: These programs are akin to captive insurance companies with which the consultants of Creative Risk Concepts International have a special expertise. Feasibility Studies: Feasibility studies of the component parts of a risk management audit, such as self-insurance, are often conducted.
