FEES: No contingent fees or commissions are offered or accepted. The sole source of compensation is hourly fees. Professional fees and expenses are billed monthly for time and expenses incurred the prior month. Professional fees are billed at then current billing rates per man-hour and at half-rates for travel time. Out-of-pocket expenses, such as travel, hotel, out-of-town meals, etc., are billed at cost.
